After that time, we offer a Continuous Care Plan (CCP), to ensure your hearing aids remain in perfect condition, and go on giving you the best performance they possibly can.

What’s Included in Our Continuous Care Plan
Our annually-renewing Continuous Care Plan offers several benefits both in-line with, and often exceeding, the original warranty from your hearing aids manufacturer. These include:
12-Month repair warranty
Hearing aid adjustments and reprogramming
Loss & Damage replacement (Please note: There is a 50% deductible in place.)
Complimentary cleanings (replacements of domes, tubes, receivers, etc.)
